Cruise port excursion entry Visa

Does Vietnam provide Cruise port (Ho Chi Minh city) excursion entry for 24hr free Visa policy for US Tourist?

You do not have to pay for visa. For your information, you can find taxi inside the port and it takes about 1.5 hours drive from Ho Chi Minh port (Phu My) to Ho Chi Minh city center.
