About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

Visa application too early

Good day .... Would like to apply for a Tourist entry permit (L) travelling to Guangzhou by the november 1st week of 2016. Can I process my application this month of June 2016. Please advise.

It's too early to apply for it now. The earliest time you can apply is around August because the L type is only valid for three months in normal cases.

thanks for the information... can I have a exact address of Consulate office in Cebu?

The address is 7th Floor, Mandarin Plaza Hotel, Archbishop Reyes Avenue Corner Escario Street, Cebu City. However, as far as I know, the consulate is not open to accept applications at present.
