About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

I'm from Mongolia, Should I directly send my visa request to Embassy of Canada in Beijing directly.

Should I must take a service from "VAC" or can I send my visa request materiel directly to Canadian Embassy in Beijing or Hong Kong by DHL?
It's the more cheap.

Magnai, you should send your application to the VAC to apply for it.
