NZ citizen

Hello
I am from NZ, do I need to return to New Zealand to apply for a student X visa? Or can I do this in another country?

Lauren, it's possible that you ccan apply this at another country instead of New Zealand. If you have residence permit in the country where you will do the application, you have a greater chance to get your application passed.
