l visa after residence permit

My residence permit will expire on August 12, but I would like to stay in China for an extra month with my fiance to hold a wedding celebration.After reading this article, it sounds like I will need the following:Application form obtained from the PSBPhotocopies of your passport bio-data page, your current visa, and your last entry stampFinancial support with RMB 21,000 for a 30 days extension (USD 100 per day)andRound-trip air ticket booking record and proof of a hotel reservation, or an invitation letter issued by a relevant entity or individual in China.I have 4 questions.1) Is this correct, or am I missing something？2）Is there a specific form for the invitation letter (I will stay with my fiance, not in a hotel)3) Is a one-way air ticket back home acceptable?  Or is there anyway to do this without buying the flight in advance?4) If I can prove financial support for 42,000RMB, can I apply for a two month L type?

Hi Alex! Aside from the documents you listed, you should submit a registration form of your temporary residence in China, which should have been obtained from the police when you register yourself upon arrival.I don’t think the financial support is needed. In most cases, the consular officers will give you one month extension to leave you enough time to deal with some issues before you go back, but you can still try to get a two-month L type.One-way air ticket back home is enough. If you have an invitation letter, you may not need to buy this ticket.There is no specific format for invitation letter, but there is a sample on this website and the default page of visa. You can find it and download one.
