I would like to ask how to get a marriage certificate in China for Naturalized Filipino Citizen

who were married first in Fukien, China before they become Naturalized Filipino Citizen? I only have the copy of marriage certificate dated 1985 and I need the latest copy. As per Chinese Embassy in the Philippines they don't release docs from Chiina.
What are the requirements and procedures.
Thanks

Marie, I think your marriage certificate is still valid. If you want to use it in other countries other than China, you need to have it notarized by a notary public first in China, and then have it authenticated by the embassy of this country in China.
