how to get my bangladeshi nanny to china?

Question

Both me and my husband are students in china and now we want to get our nanny to take care of our daughter. What visa can i apply for??P.S (i heard foreign nannys are not allowed in china but there was a change in visa regulation for foreigner in beijing munciple this year which said that foreigners can hire foreign nanny....is it true???)

I'm afraid you can only apply for Tourist L visa for her. For what I know, foreign nannys still cannot work in China at present. Some agencies may get M visa or L visa for them and let them to work in China and then overstay, but this is not legal.
