About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

My wife Hu Kou is at Guangdong and can I apply for temporary permit in Nanning ?

We will be staying there.

Yes, if you have a work permit or something like this saying you will stay in Nanning, then you can get a temporary residence permit in Nanning.
