How to get a marriage certificate

I would like to ask how to get a marriage certificate for Naturalized Filipino Citizen who were married first in Fukien, China before they become Naturalized Filipino Citizen? What are the requirements and procedures.

Marie, you can get your married certificate notarized by the local notary public and then get it authenticated by the ministry of foreign affairs of PRC. After that, go to the embassy of Philippines in PRC to have your marriage certificate attested. In this case, your marriage will also be valid in Philippines.
