Myamar need visa?

I am going to Hong Kong and mainland PRC and I need to bring my maid along. She is from Myanmar. Does she need to apply entry permit for HK and mainland PRC,how much do they cost?

Yes, she needs to apply for two separate entry permits to HK and mainland PRC. They will cost USD 60. It is for reference only. The final payment is subject to the actual payment given by the embassy.
