About:China Visa

can I use the 144 hour free transit

I am from UK studying in Hangzhou .Visa expire on 31/07/2016, What to go to Hong Kong before it expires then go to Tokyo .From Tokyo to shanghai on 5/08/2016. Will I be qualifie for 144 free transit , because I want to go to Hangzhou back to UK.

If you travel like this: Hangzhou – HK – Tokyo – Shanghai – Hangzhou - UK, and your total layover time in Shanghai and Hangzhou is less than 144 hours, you qualify for the 144 hour free transit.
