Shenzhen visa on arrival for Indonesian passport

Hi..
I am holding Indonesian passport but live in Malaysia.

Actually i will go for holiday to Shenzhen.
The question, can i fly directly from Malaysia to Shenzhen without transtit in HK? Do i still get an entry permit on arrrival once I reach there?

I need information as soon as possible
