traveling to Shanghai

Hello. I am Iranian living and working in Tokyo. I and my wife want to travel to Shanghai as tourists for 4 days. Do we need tourist visa? Should we apply in Tokyo or in Shanghai airport they will proved us?

Ammar, yes, you need to apply for a tourist l type to travel to Shanghai. You should apply for it in Japan ahead of your trip.
