I am going to be getting into Wuhan Airport around 9:30 PM local time on September 11, 2016

And need to get to Ibis Hankou hotel located at 539 Jianshe Avenue.
I am not familiar with China. First time going. I am expecting the person I was going to meet is going to not show up.
How would I get to the hotel from the airport? Based on research, it's almost 30 miles in distance. I would rent a car, but China requires a Chinese drivers license (does not recognize overseas drivers license) which is almost impossible to get.
