Misplaced work permit, how do I replace it?

I have a Z visa and a job that starts June 13 in PRC. I misplaced my original copy of work permit. I have a copy of it, but not the original. What am I going to need to do on arrival in PRC. Is this going to be a huge hassle now, I mean people do misplace things....

Neal, it won’t cause any problem when you enter PRC. But it may cause a problem when you apply for the residence permit. You’d better ask your employer contact with the exit and entry administration of the local PSB and consult if you can use the copy of work permit to apply for the residence permit. If not, I’m afraid you need to re-apply for a work permit.
