About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Chicago to London to Shaghai to Chicago

I am flying Chicago to Shanghai with a stop over (7 hours) in London. Then spending only 60 hours in Shanghai and a non stop flight back to Chicago. Do I qualify for the 72 hour transit visa?
