Hello,I am in shanghai for 3 months with business entry permit (M type). What type I should apply to get my wife maximum stay with me in CHINA.

Wasim, you cannot apply for S type for her because you don’t have the residence permit in PRC. Thus, she can just apply for a tourist L type to enter PRC and stay with you, but usually, the stay duration of a tourist L type is 30 days. If she wants to stay longer, she can apply for an extension 7 days earlier before it expires.
