The best way for you is to travel by public transport. You are advised to buy standard octopus cards. Each adult needs to pay HKD 50 as the refundable deposit, and HKD 100 as the minimum stored value; each child aged 3-11 pays HKD 50 as the refundable deposit, and HKD 20 as the minimum stored value.
To Ladies Market: take MTR Tsuen Wan Line from Jordan to Mong Kok Station, Exit D3. Walk south for about 200 yards to the market. It costs HKD 4.4, and takes about 15 minutes.
To See A Symphony of Lights: take MTR Tsuen Wan Line from Jordan to Tsim Sha Tusi Station, Exit L6. It costs HKD 4.4, and takes about 10 minutes.

To the Peak: take bus line 104 from Labour Tribunal, Gascoigne Road Station to Bank of China Tower, Queensway Station. Walk to Garden Road Peak Tram Terminus, and take the Peak Tram up. It costs HKD 37.3, and it takes about 1 hour.
To Disneyland Resort: take MTR Tsuen Wan line from Jordan to Lai King Station, and change to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. Then, transfer to Disneyland Line to the resort. It costs HKD 19.8, and takes 45 minutes.
