They are more than 2,200km between. No train operates between, and the best way is to transfer in Fuzhou if wishing to take train. However, it takes much time, over 38 hours. To save time, I recommend you fly to Fuhou first within 4.5h. Then transfer to the direct bus to ur destination at Fuzhou Airport. You will be taken to local North Bus Station within 2h.2
