About:Shanghai Pudong Airport Shuttle Bus

How to get from Pudong airport to Jin Jiang Tower (new Jin Jiang)?

I see that there is a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, but where exactly can I catch the shuttle bus? and do I need to make a reservation beforehand or can I pay on the spot?
