I am pakistani citizen. Do I qualify for 24 hours direct transit in shanghai,, to explore the city?

After 24-hour transit in Shanghai, if you will go to a third country or region rather than the one you come from, you qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in Shanghai. And you can apply for a temporary stay permit which is free of charge at the immigration inspection offcie, and then you can explore the city.
