Can I get passed not having a degree but still obtain a Z visa?

JC, it’s hard to say because the bachelor degree is required when your employer applies the work permit for you, but in some small cities, the requirement may not be that strict. In this case, you can possibly obtain work Z type even though you don’t have a degree.0
