do i need an overseas employment certificate to come back to china

Weve been moving here in shanghai since last aug last year,uve been working with my employer in sungapore for more than 3 years.because of my employer job,we transfer here,relocate here.i got my residences permit already,i plan to go back to philippines this july,so i wondered if i need to have the overseas employment certificate to come back here in shanghai.
