spouse of seamen whether need visa transiting china while sailing in ship

Im spouse of seamen who'll be sailing with my hubby in ship n will be transiting PRC ..so do I need transit entry permit to get down in the port for few hours  .. Im a Indian passport holder

Anjana, considering your situation, you need to apply for a visa. You can apply for a crew C visa. An invitation letter from your busband's company is required to submit.
