HiI’m holding Myanmar passport and staying in Singapore with long term visit pass, please advise for the procedures to apply seaman transit entry pemit, planned to join ship in Hong Kong around 15th May 2020

You can submit the application the China visa application service center in Singapore to apply for the Seaman transit visa. Your passport and seaman certificate, application form, and a letter from your company might be required for submission.
