Hi, I have a few questions;1. Where is the ticket counter in SH Railway Station, to purchase tickets to Hangzhou?Is it counters 7 - 16 at the South Square?2. The price shown on your website is 92.5RMB/adult.  Is there any service fee if I purchase direct on spot？3. On which floor of the building do I wait for the ride?Thanks in advance!

The ticket office on both squares would ok for buying the ticket and most of the counters can offer ticket purchase service. If you buy it on spot there will only be the ticket price, no service fee. The waiting room depends on the ride you choose. You need to find it on the screen based on the train number.
