What is best way from Xian Li Ging Garden Hotel or Shaanxi Lijing Hotel to the Railway station?

Yes, you can take bus no. 603 or 251 from Bell Tower Station to Main Railway Station.
If by taxi, the cab fare is around CNY 15 in the day time.
