About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I am bangladesi. i am living in japan. I will to newyork by china air from tokyo.

by china airways need transit 12 hours in PRC. so what type of visa need to enter in PRC?

Considering what you said, you qualify for the 24 hour direct transit in PRC, so no entry permit is needed. Nice trip!
