What if i cannot pay the fine

I am an overstaying for almost a year now...i want to go home...my employer and i have an verbal agreement that she will pay the fine if i finish 2 years...what is the best thing to do...please help

The best thing is to surrender at the local police station and pay the fines. Only after that the officer will give you an exit pass and allow you to go back home.
