best pass for travel while staying near hongkong airport?

We have a family of 3 adults traveling there for 6 days. Our hotel is near the airport, but we plan to spend 4 days touring Kowloon and HK Island.  What would be the best pass to purchase?

As you live near airport, it seems that you don’t need to take the airport express. I suggest you just buy a normal octopus card for each one of you. With it, you can also get a discount when taking the public transports.
