About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hi friend, i am transiting at Beijing airport about 10 hours wait. Flying from UK to Singapore.

Can I get out of the Beijing airport and visit the tourist places and catch my connecting flight to Singapore?

Do i need a visa to do that?

DO i need to collect my luggage at Beijing airport and re check in again?

Thanks a million

Dear, you don't need a visa to do this trip because you are eligible for the 24/72 hour free transit policy.

If you hold a joint-way ticket, it's possible that your luggage will be delivered to the destination so that you don't need to claim your luggage. If you hold seperate tickets, you need to claim your luggage and then check in again. Anyway, please confirm this with your airline.
