how to get a business visa?

this is my first time to apply for a business M type, a training school invited me to conduct training for their teachers for just few months. How can I apply? what should be the requirements?How much it will costs me, I am from Philippines. Do I need to have medical check up prior to application? where can I have it? Thanks!

Arlene, firstly, you should prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, the filled-out application form attached with a passport-style photo taken recently, an invitation letter from the training school and proof of your financial standing. Next, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it. You may not need to provide the medical report, but the consular officers have the final say. A business M type will cost you 1,400 rupees.

HOw much money should be in the bank for business M type?according to your answer, I need to show my financial standing... How much it should be? Is It like the tourist L type? 50 thousand, - 100 thousand?what if it is not as good as that? application will be declined?thanks!

Arlene, I cannot tell you for sure how much you should have in the bank savings account, but you need to make sure that you have enough travel fees to cover all your expenses after you enter PRC.
