About:China Visa

Replacement of lost passport

One of my custodian minor student from China lost his passport. We have his copy of passport and student Visa and also reported to local police. We live in Victoria, BC (Vancouver Island). Please let us know how to apply for his new passport / replacement.

Firstly, he needs to prepare the relevant documents including the application form, 2 passport-style photos taken recently, copy of his passport, copy of his student visa, and the loss certificate from the local police.
Secondly, submit the application to the consulate general of PRC in Vancouver to apply for the new passport.
