HKPID replacement in Vancouver

Hi I have lost my HKPID and would like to apply for a replacement in Vancouver.
I already have a HK SAR passport as well, that is expired. As I know it has to be applied together?!
Can someone please provide me further information and a link on how to do so?

When you renew your HK passport, you have to also apply for an HKID. For the details, please browse the website of the Chinese embassy in Canada.
