Hi Linda, but Singapore says that I can only apply for single entry visa. So I can apply through my home country Japan embassy or appointed travel agent? I read that the requirement for multiple entry visa is to have financial stability. I am a student so can I apply?

Qiqi, if so, you’d better go back to your home country and apply for it from there.
As for the proof of financial support, because you are student, maybe you can provide a school certificate. In this case, the proof of financial support may not be required. Or you can provide your parents’ bank savings account as your financial support proof.
