Family visa application. notarize the marriage certificate and birth certificate?

I am an Indian passport holder and working in China and my family would like to stay with me , does it need to notarize the marriage certificate and birth certificate of childrens for application of Family residence permit.

If you want to apply for the family S type for them, the marriage certificate and birth certificate need to be notarized.
