How can I Notarize my degree in Ethiopia, since due lock down I can't process it in China

hello, I am an Ethiopian, studied and graduated in China at 2020 summer semester. How can I Notarize my degree in Ethiopia, since due lock down I can't process it in China

If your degree was obtained from China, you may need to contact the embassy of your country to authenciticate it for you in principle. However, due to the current special situation, you can contact the Chinese embassy in Ethiopia to see if it can help you with this.
