About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

I am British and resident in Japan. I wish to travel to China for short business trips

I will not be actually doing business but discussing partnerships with Chinese companies. I have already met the Chinese representatives in Tokyo and London and I wish to visit them in their own office and I may need to return to attend conferences with them. Please confirm what type of visa I must apply for.
