where can we apply a visa here in cebu

Hi i am from cebu. Where can we apply a visa here in cebu. We only want to tour in china for 1 day in window of the world.

Michael, after you prepare all the required materials, you should submit the application to the consulate general of PRC in Cebu to apply for it.

Hi Michael! I actually planned to apply for a visa this month but when I confirmed with the Manila embassy, they replied that the consulate in Cebu is still closed. We can only apply in Manila as of the moment.
