Good Day,I live in New Jersey, I am travelling to Beijing and Shanghai in October, with my friend who lives in Jacksonville, Florida. How can he get a visa for the trip from Jacksonville. Florida.

Joan, your friend should submit his application to the consulate general of PRC in Huston to apply for the tourist L type.
