About:China Visa on Arrival

Visit other city with Voa

I'm a Malaysian working in Hong Kong, due to working visa expiration, China embassy is not giving me an entry permit in Hong Kong but they advices to get VOA in Shen Zhen. Please may I ask, am I allowing to visit other city in PRC with VOA?

Nocholas, if you get VOA in Shenzhen, you are not allowed to other cities in PRC with the VOA. You can only travel around Shenzhen city.
