Teresa, you can apply for a tourist entry permit to HK. You should first provide the required documents: copy of your passport, proof of your financial standing, the application form, a passport-style photo, accommodation and transportation arrangement, and your travel plan. And then submit your application to the embassy of PRC or post it to HK immigration department to apply for it. If the embassy handles with the application itself, it usually takes 4 working days. But if it is transferred to HK or you post it to HK, 4 to 6 weeks are needed.
The postal address is as below:
Receipt and Despatch Sub-unit
HK Immigration Department
2/F, Immigration Tower
7 Gloucester Road
Wan Chai, HK
