About:Hong Kong Visa Application

I live in Ireland do I need visa for Hong Kong but i Have Pakistani passport plus I have residence

Dear, you still need the entry permit for HK. You can apply from the China embassy in Ireland or directly apply through HK Immigration Department by posting your application documents to there.
