Traveling to Beijing from Aruba via USA with a Netherlands passport

Hi,
I am living in Aruba with a Netherlands passport and I will like to travel to Beijing.
How to apply Chinese Visa in Venezuela at the Chinese Embassy?
Please help and what type do I need to apply? What will be the fee?

If you go there for sightseeing purpose, a tourist L type is needed. The required documents can be shown as follows:
1. The application form with a passport-style photo attached
2. Your passport and copy of its data page
3. Your valid entry permit to Venezuela
4. Round trip air tickets and hotel booking record
5. Detailed travel itinerary
6. Proof of financial support
After all the documents are collected, submit the application to the embassy of PRC to apply for it. It costs VEF 11,500.
