We are from Aruba.We are planning a vacation in China in the month of September.Can My husband travel to Bogota for the visum for both of us or do we need both to go personaly. Nata

Hi, as I know, any one of you can handle applications, you do not need to visit the embassy in person. But you can try to contact Chinese embassy first, also try to contact the embassy in Caracas if they accept your application.
