About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands
We have Dutch passports and live in Aruba. One of us will be in NL in Febr. Can he apply for both?

Yes, he can apply for both of you. In case that either of you won't go to Hague, you can still do the application by sending posts to the CVASC office. It's very convenient.2
