How to reach Yangshuo from Nanjing?

There is no direct train or flight to Yangshuo. You may take a high speed train at Nanjing South Railway Station to reach Guilin Railway Station in nearly 10h. Upon arrival, you can take a bullet train at Guilin Railway Station to Yangshuo. But there are only 1 or 2 trains a day. Alternatively, you can walk north for 10min to Guilin Passenger Station. Buses to Yangshuo run every 20min from 7:00 to 21:00. You need to pay CNY25 for the bus fare and it should take around 2h.
You can also take a flight to Guilin first and then hop onto an airport shuttle bus to go directly to Yangshuo at a price of CNY50.
