About:Chinese Consulate in Los Angeles

how many visa application forms needs for a family of 4 going together?

I am going to travel to China in July 2016 with my wife and 2 sons, 14 and 8 yrs. Do we need to fill out 4 visa applications forms or just one form good for 4 of us?

Joe, you need to fill out four application forms and prepare a set of application documents for each person.
