travel agency - applying for chinese visa

Question

I am an American citizen, volunteering in the Philippines on a Volunteer entry permit. I need to apply for a Chinese tourist L type, but I am not in Manila. Is there a list of recommended travel agencies in Manila who are able to apply for a Chinese visa?

Meggan, as far as I know, the embassy does not accredit specific travel agencies to deal with application issues, so you need to find a reliable agency on your own or ask a friend to submit the application for you. I'm not very familiar with agencies. :)
