singaporean passport holders can enjoy free entry to PRC?

I am quite confused about the group entry permit exemption for group tour of not more than 6 days for Asean country. What I understand for Singaporean is we have 15 days free entry permit. So, as long as I am in Guilin not more than 15 days, there is no need for visa. Am I right?

Soh, the entry permit exemption policy for ASEAN countries are different from the exemption policy for Singaporean citizens. Actually, as you hold a Singaporean passport, you can enter mainland PRC for a visit of no more than 15 days. You are not limited to travel only within Guilin.
